Personality:Astoria’s personality is complicated. There are three parts of her personality that are constantly warring with each other. On one had she has the purist traditional upbringing. She holds a high regard for blood purity and she often looks down her nose at the very idea of intermingling with Muggles. She firmly believes that the fact that the Wizarding world is essentially hiding from non-magical beings is an insult. That being said, she doesn’t think that exterminating them is the answer. Her behaviour when in public is everything that a proper wife, mother and high-class lady should be, or as it is better explained, everything that her mother thinks it should be.

The second part of her personality is her artistic side. She can always be found in one of four places: at the Piano in the manor, with Scorpius, the Company, or spending time with Draco when he isn't busy. Collectively she spent a good portion of her time surrounded by the arts. Since she was a child she has played the piano. It's something that she loves and fully intends to extend that love of music to her son. That love of music has transferred to her love of musical productions. When she was younger she acted in a few productions but her true love was producing them. The effort and dedication it took to complete it and the satisfaction of seeing the final production drew her like a moth to the flame.

The third part of Astoria's personality is probably the most important. She may love being an artist but her true love is being a mother. Scropius means the world to her and she would do anything in order to make sure that he has everything he could possibly need. She'd been terrified when she had found out that she was pregnant, as most first-time parents are, but once she had Scorpius everything changed. Despite not knowing a thing about parenting she found herself going about the proper motions without a second thought.

On the whole, Astoria’s personality is hard to categorize. She certainly knows what she wants and when she wants it, which at times, when the maternal part of herself clashes with the artists, can lead to quite the mess. It takes a lot to upset her to the point of anger. She’ll ignore it time and time again, until she reaches a point where it bursts out of her. Thankfully, she has Harper to help her pick up the pieces or, as the case may be, to destroy the incriminating evidence.
